Sunday Rooms is an apart-hotel in the very heart of Arkadia, seven minutes from the sea. We don't have a thousand rooms and three restaurants. We have 18 rooms, 24/7 reception and a concierge who remembers that you like your morning coffee without milk.
We built this hotel because we ourselves were tired of large chain giants where a guest is "guest #1247". We wanted to create a place you come to as if to your own people. Where they know your name. Where "I need breakfast at 7:00" is not a request to a system, but a conversation with a person at reception.
Sunday Rooms doesn't compete with five-star hotels on infrastructure. We do something different: quiet, thoughtful, human hospitality — for those who value it.
Not the centre, not the station, not the outskirts. Arkadia is an area of both sea and quiet. 7 minutes to the beach. 15 minutes by car to the centre. 20 to the airport. This is not by chance. It was chosen.
Not a QR code, not a voice assistant, not self check-in via a smart lock. A real person 24/7 who will listen, advise, help. Service is not a function. It is attentiveness.
